WHAT SETS US APART – LOGISTICS
When it comes to delivery, our fleet of vehicles is owned and operated by us, no contracted services. We have complete control over our distribution.
Our delivery trucks are fitted with a GPS tracking device which is monitored from our Pendle Hill factory. At any point in time the exact location of your supplies is known to us.
In cases where delivery is a matter of extreme urgency, we have the quick responsiveness to redirect our resources where they are needed most … and the best thing is no additional charges are placed on our customers! ..A service UDS is proud to provide.

- Free pickup of orders are available from our Sydney office from Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:30pm

- If your area is not serviced by UDS Delivery, you can use Australia Post depending on weight and size requirements

- Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and size of shipment.
- Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day and Australia Post delivery times apply from then.
- We use both Regular and Express parcel services with Australia Post.
- You can check Australia Post Delivery times HERE . Please note we post from postcode 2145 (Pendle Hill).
- Some shipments cannot be calculated due to Australia Post’s size, weight and hazardous material restrictions.
- Please contact us (02) 9688 2022 if you experience any problems with the Australia Post shipping option during checkout.
