1. Obtain the following information from the Data Plate located on the machine:
a. Machine Make & Model
(eg; Unipress ABS Sleever) b. Machine Serial Number c. Electrical Spec’s (220/110 volt, single/three phase, 50 / 60 cycle)
2. Identify the problem(s) you need to rectify. Check Service/Operating Manuals for trouble-shooting ideas. Try these first before you call.
3. When you call, please be near the machine in question, so that we can ask appropriate questions or make suggestions immediately.
4. If your request is regarding services other than trouble-shooting or maintenance, please outline your requirements to us over the phone, or preferably in writing (fax, online or email). We will respond as soon as possible.
