Orders are preferred in writing, either by online inquiry, email, or fax. Include the above information for accuracy and clarification.
UDS will not be responsible for incorrect parts shipped that were ordered by phone and not confirmed in writing.

Above 3kg / bulky: If no freight arrangement is nominated, we will choose the fastest, cheapest and most reliable method possible.
